令和8年度第44回鳥取県高等学校英語スピーチコンテスト　兼第43回全国商業高等学校英語スピーチコンテスト予選会が7月7日(火)に鳥取県琴浦町の琴浦町生涯学習センターで行われました。出場したのは本校から6人でした。結果はスピーチの部では北條敦也さん（2年）が2位、杉木結衣さん（2年）が3位でした。そして、レシテーションの部では中本季菜さん（3年）が2位、家本華帆さん（2年）が優勝することができました。優勝者は9月13日（日）に東京で行わる令和8年度第43全国商業高等学校英語スピーチコンテストに出場します。

On Tuesday, July 7th, the commercial high schools’ English speech contest in Tottori prefecture was held in Kotoura-cho, Tottori. Six students from Yonago Shoin High School participated and tried their best in the English speech contest. Hojo Atsuya won second place and Sugiki Yui won third place in the speech division. In the recitation division, Iemoto Kaho won first place and Nakamoto Kina was placed second. Iemoto Kaho, the winner of the recitation division, is qualified to the national competition which will be held on Sunday, September 13th, 2026 in Tokyo.
