山陰本線東浜　から　益田　まで　運転取り止めの可能性あり（8/9）

因美線鳥取　から　智頭　まで　運転取り止めの可能性あり（8/9）

伯備線新郷　から　米子　まで　運転取り止めの可能性あり（8/9）

境線米子　から　境港　まで　運転取り止めの可能性あり（8/9）

木次線宍道　から　備後落合　まで　運転取り止めの可能性あり（8/9）

A typhoon is approaching!

JR West Japan has announced the possibility of cancelling train services from Wednesday, August 9 due to the approaching typhoon no. 6.

Further details will be announced by JR West as soon as they are finalized. Strong winds have been blowing since this morning, possibly due to the typhoon. For those who are traveling back to their hometowns, make sure to stay alert for the typhoon news and enjoy your summer vacation.

According to JR West Train Service Information, affected train lines will be the following lines:

San’in Line from Higashihama to Masuda: Operation may be suspended (from August 9).

Inbi Line Tottori to Chigashira: Possible suspension (from August 9).

Shingo to Yonago on the Hakubi Line: May be cancelled (from August 9).

Sakai Line from Yonago to Sakaiminato: May be suspended (from August 9).

There is a possibility of train service suspension from Shishido to Bingo-Ochiai on the Kisuki Line (from August 9).
